distance to visit us, our advice is to telephone first to
book an
appointment so that we may provide you with the best possible service.
Appointments are not always necessary
An appointment is not necessary to visit our store to browse, however we do operate an
appointment system to guarantee a changing room is available for you to try on gowns.
If you decide you would like to visit without an appointment and if a changing room is not already
booked, you are very welcome to try dresses on. However to avoid disappointment we advise
that you book in especially if you are traveling from afar as we would not want your journey to be wasted.
Our Busiest Day Saturdays are particularly busy and we can often get fully booked weeks in advance so
please book early! You might want to think about visiting us during the week. Bridal appointments last
for an hour we do not offer total privacy in our bridal room unless you book a VIP appointment, however, the changing
areas are completely private. If you feel you need more time please make a further appointment or why
not book a VIP appointment which will give you more time and you may have the whole of our top floor to yourself.
VIP appointments include complete privacy for you and your family they include a
complimentary bottle of bubbly and cup cakes.
A VIP appointment would be a perfect gift for any bride with up to 3 of her special guests
(please ask if you would like to bring more people along) these appointments can be booked for the day you come to choose your
gown or whenyou come to collect your dream dress after you have purchased!
Why not purchase a VIP voucher and surprise the bride with a bottle of bubbly on her appointment......what a lovely memory she will have to treasure!
Gift vouchers may also be purchased as a wedding present for any value you would like and it may be used for anything in our shop
(Go to Bridalwear for more info on VIP appointments). VIP appointments are not available on Saturdays.
Our bridal showroom is on the first floor and although we love children unfortunately we are
not insured to allow children upstairs for health and safety reasons.
